I'm very disappointed with there customer service we make appointment to see property we arrived there well before the time after waiting outside in rain i call in the office and ask about Aman that we are waiting, for me as professional any one can late for any reason the best answers sorry I'm on my way but look what surprise i got they lied to me saying that we were calling you from 08:30am your phone were switch off instead i was wake up from 06:30am . when they received my email Aman call me and again he trying to blame me you got Lyca service instead i got three service thats why you didn't receive my calls. my humble advise please be honest .

The agent called a day before to arrange a viewing for the property at 10:30 am next day.( 20 min ago I just saw the property). I called the agent and the lady who answered the phone told me that the tenant is going to present the property!!!!! This is outrageous because the agent has to come and present the property and explain all the details! And the last thing is the price that over evaluate then the market.

Very rude. Unprofessional. Guy whose name aman is so rude. We viewed the property last evening after when they closed the office and we really liked the property and then they advised us that first thing in the morning we will call you and then we will do the paper work.. they promised us first person will be you whom we will rentbtjis house to but as they said they will call me in the morning they called me but just to let me know that they have given this house to someone else. Some one he knows. And when we mentioned that you said we will be the priority, he said nothing I can do and disconnected the phone.. I'll recommend no one should go to them seriously.

Very very professional Specially Mr Jaz and Mr Gurvinder.They both are very polite and helpful .I recently bought house through DBK and the whole process was done within a month . Jaz advised ,helped and guided me with every step , Being first time buyer I was little anxious but their time to time approach and communication made me relax. Had excellent service from the team at dbk for many years, very efficient and honest. Amman has always been professional and kind. I never recommend anybody to anyone in case of disappointment. However these people are very, very good.
