DBK is one of the worst estate agents I have ever come across. Firstly, the staff are incredibly rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. I have been living in the property for just over a year and have experienced numerous issues throughout my tenancy. Recently, I spoke with previous tenants who had also endured similar problems and chose to leave the property after a year due to their bad experiences. It’s clear that there’s a pattern of poor management and neglect, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with DBK.

Worst costumer service provided by Gurlal Randhawa.( inspite of submitting the deposit and documents , Gurlal always threatened to look for the alternative property rather than completing the deal in Hand.) Gurlal is very unprofessional and Rude.No one accompanied while viewing the property.Had intention of keeping my deposit by stressing on incomplete paperwork.Didn’t validate the documents provided by chartered Account. Waste of Time . Save yourself from the Scam of Gurlal Randhawa and this DBK estate agent Team.

I had an extremely rude experience. I sent an inquiry to view a property and received a call from a lady who didn't allow me to say a word. She called to tell me she couldn't schedule the viewing, and every time I tried to speak, she kept interrupting me. She insisted they had 30 people interested in viewing the property and abruptly ended the conversation. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent company - Jazz and Gurveer where very professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble - I dealt mostly with Jazz - he was very good at explaining the various stages (as I’d never sold a property before). He spent a lot of time chasing conveyancers for updates and information, and gave us good advice to get the property sold. I would highly recommend using DBK estate agents if you are thinking of selling your property

DBK do not seem a reliable managing agent. Despite my breaking up with my girlfriend who live in one of their managed properties they continue to call me, despite my many attempts to request taking me off their system. My ex seems to conducting illegal activities at he premises and DBK seem not to be bothered and pass the buck to the landlord. I would not use DBK ever !
