British Home Sellers is one of the modern virtual estate agents and my first experience of such. And as a purchaser it was a very easy and pleasant experience. The appointments were easy to make, the people on the other end of of the phone were always polite and quick. I had some very delightful chats with Charles both by text and over the phone. It was simple and easy. I would recommend them.

I negotiated my sale with their agent named Charles Gale, wonderful bloke, kept me updated throughout even provided a mobile number so I was able to contact him whenever. He liaised with the seller and any issues he got back to me the next working day. I was sceptical as they are online only but Charles made it feel like they were around the corner.Couldn’t fault them.

I was sceptical at first as this isn’t a well known estate agent in my area so was a little nervous as a first time buyer but they helped with any questions i had and also kept me updated the whole way through. I would consider using them if i was to ever sell.

GoogleWe have purchased a house through British home sellers, although dubious at first due to never hearing of them before, they have been absolutely brilliant throughout our purchase. Being first time buyers the process was very new to us but Robert Love had been an absolute pleasure. He would always get back to you in a timely manner if the phone was unable to be answered at that time and would deal with anything quickly. Thankyou again 😊

It took a little while for someone to get back to me on my initial enquiry however once I was dealing with the sales negotiator Alex this was an easy and pleasant process. I felt a little uncomfortable with the holding deposit as it was the first time I had dealt with this especially as it is not a legal requirement or binding.I did also feel that there was little to no follow up once the sale was agreed through to completion which was at times frustrating. However we do feel that overall they did a good job working with the uk system of buying/ selling which we feel needs updating.
