We had estimates of value and selling style from different agents in Hereford. Chancellor’s came in with a bang, great research, thorough look around the house and a price that pleased us. Zoe was so dynamic we signed up during her visit and the taster advert was up on the next day. The official photos were marvellous and we have had prospects looking round the house. Our home is not bland and some of the modern kitchen is not to everyone’s taste - however Chancellors’s point out the coloured cupboard doors are only Dulux paint !! We have had the house on the market for three weeks and so far we are VERY pleased with our agents. I will need to update this review when the house is sold.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I could not recommend a letting agency less

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.

Terrible property managers

This review is directed towards the property management arm of Chancellors. As tenants, we have had horrendous experiences for the past five years with having any maintenance issues addressed. It takes, on average, two emails and a phone call before they even respond to a request regarding a maintenance issue, and the issues themselves (basic ones - such as an oven not working, overhead lights completely burned out (not just the bulbs), a broken step on a staircase that represents a safety issue) can take weeks, if not months, to resolve - again, with us chasing all the time.
