I would like to see a big thank you to Chancellors Letting Agent south east management team. Dana to be precise - this is a thank you for all your hard work and patience. I would also like to say thank you to Maya, John, and Liberty. They always attend to my call and every issue I have at the Property. I have used different Letting agencies overtime but the experience I have had with Chancellors has been easy and seamless. Their communication level is clear, respectful, and very understanding. If you are looking at renting or buying a property go to Chancellors - the entire team are trustworthy and of great help.

Speaking with Chancellors has been nothing short of a delight. We called at late notice and had very little flexibility but Tim was endlessly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The team bent over backwards to ensure of requests were met and we couldn't speak more highly of them. We will be recommending Chancellors to all friends and family and i urge anyone looking at buying or selling a property to speak with Tim. You will not be disappointed by his impeccable customer service.

When we originally put our house on the market, we did the sensible thing of getting 3 estimates. chancellors came in the middle, and as we were in no real rush to sell, we went with another local estate agents at the higher estimate, even though Chancellors personnel were more approachable and less false. After 12 months and not a lot of interest or sale, we decided to go to Chancellors. This wasn't a mistake, and we really wish we did this 1st time around. Proves going higher does always work. The Staff are very professional and listen. The weekly updates were valuable and they really work hard for you. The agent who constantly came to our house to show potential buyers around was lovely and warm. Not over the top or pushy. Was a delight to deal with her. The feedback was instant and we had many viewings in a short time. Unfortunately personally circumstances and the Mortgage market changing due to war in Iran, meant we couldn't really buy the house we wanted after receiving an offer on ours. After a tough decision, we decided to pull of the market. Ruby and hers staff were very supportive and listened to us and fully appreciated our sensible decision. When we try to sell again in the next 18 months, there no doubt about it, we will pick Chancellors again. 5 stars from me

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

An absolutely awful company, do not deal with them. Our experience of letting our property through Chancellors and Thameside Property Management has been filled with unnecessary stress and hassle. Our tenants have left however they will not send me the final inspection report and have not returned my keys. They will not respond to my phone calls and emails. Thameside Property management are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, Chancellors should be embarrassed to work with them.
