I have had a great experience at buying me new first home

I have had a great experience dealing with Chancellors, Aysha and her team, were always quick in returning any information that I requested about the property that I was buying and kept me in loop if there were any delays involving with the vendors. Once offer had been accepted they were on the ball and making it as smooth as smooth as possible between myself and all parties involved. It has been a pleasure to be purchasing my first home with Aysha and her team.

The worst estate agent ever for landlords . I have been renting my properties about 20 years and this Agents were worst for me. They supose to work for landlords because they charge you for it( for my case 200 pound a month) my property was damaged over 4 times like ceiling, lights missing , windows glass broken, carpets was damaged by bog and wine and food was on the carpets , removed the trees from garden without permission etc. I have to pay all form this my pocket and I told him they damadged it so they have to pay for it and all I was told by one for their colleage I can just question it that's it never been heard about it and funny part was ,when I gave them notice then 3 months later from another estate agents called me about same tenants and they told new agent that they were charging money for the damaged but they were never told me that so would not recommend this sacmanes . Fantastic Support

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions. Landlord's perspective - terrible

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.
