Both properties exceeded expectations. The self-check-in process was easy and efficient. Properties were beautifully decorated and offered comfortable space for our large group of guests.Georgia & Emily were very accommodating and always responsive to our queries and needs. We would definitely use Penny & Sinclair again for our stays in Oxford!

Penny and Sinclair dealt with my recent house sale in Oxford, which went without a hitch and with excellent personal service. We received valuations from a few estate agents and these varied quite widely, but we went with Penny and Sinclair since they provided the clearest rationale for their valuation. This decision was vindicated, since we accepted an offer above asking price within a few days. They clearly have a good understanding of the local market and pitched the property just right.

My daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back next summer for another great experience in Oxford.

GoogleJames sold our house during COVID-19 lockdown, in an off the open market, private sale and achieved the asking price. Is there any more that needs saying? Of course I could highlight how both James and Becky are always willing to step in and offer advice, how they managed to keep the housing chain on track, despite some unavoidable last minute date changes. They even stepped in to find a professional cleaning company after a let-down the weekend before completion. GoogleI have only has excellent experiences with P&S and specifically Becky. She is an excellent estate agent who valued my property a year or so ago. Recently I needed to rent it out very quickly. She remembered me and my circumstances and guided me through the process and found me a tenant within 3 weeks. She's not your typical estate agent shes highly professional, not pushy, provided me with all the information I needed in layman's terms. Next time I need anything property wise I'll be going straight to Becky.

Our experience with Penny and Sinclair has been very pleasant from start to finish. Joe assisted us throughout the journey to buy our first home and he was very responsive and helpful to say the least. I get a sense that they care about the property and take a real pride in their job.
