When things got really tough for me despite others not always keeping him and me 'in the loop' he took a calm measurerd approach which was really helpful. Highly professional and personable service

We first appointed Penny and Sinclair as agents to sell my mother in law’s property and based on the positive experience we went back to them when we came to sell our house. Our Sales Manager Joe Worsell was highly personable as well as extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable, especially when the chain below us collapsed and our original buyer had to pull out. Penny & Sinclair were advertising a property we really liked, but to be able to proceed we needed to sell our own house. We contacted Sean and explained the situation and the difference we would need between our sale and the purchase price, and left him to it! Within a few days, our front door was red hot with viewings and in a matter of weeks, Sean contacted us to say he had found us a buyer and had our offer accepted on the new house, it really was that easy and we're moving next week!

Definitely not on the side of the Tenant - Avoid.

As a tenant in a property managed by Penny and Sinclair I have the following feedback;1. We made a complaint about black mould in the house 7 times over the course of 6 months. It was never dealt with, and we ended up leaving the property. - It was disgusting and had spread to three rooms!2. Penny and Sinclair were the property managers and were most certainly more on the 'side' of the landlord, and not the tenant.3. Other maintenance issues took months to get them solved. 4. Our assigned 'property manager' changed 4 times in the space of 14 months. (That tells me more about the company culture than anything else!)5. At the end of the tenancy, it has taken a month (and counting) to get the final documentation and we still haven't had our deposit released!Thinking of renting through Penny and Sinclair? - I would suggest you choose one of the other agencies in Oxford.
