FacebookI've just had a successful letting with Chancellors in Sunningdate. I dealt mostly with Jenny Wintermeyer who was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and very well informed. Because we were pressed for time, they pulled out the stops to finish all the paperwork in very quick time and in a very professional manner. The team who answered the phone were also very polite and helpful, especially Kate and Lauren. [Sorry I didn't have the chance to speak with Fraser - I'm sure he would have been just as helpful.]

GoogleI have used this branch before and I found Sam extremely professional, helpful and cheerful . Having used them again this week his colleague Katie was again, 100% professional, cheerful, did what she said she would do, by keeping me informed through out the viewing process, via phone and email. Highly recommend them.

I find the whole moving properties a mine field and very stressful but Sam was amazing in getting everything sorted. FacebookBrilliant service across the board. In particular Rachel Axton at Thameside has been more than helpful on a number of occasions and I cannot compliment her work ethic enough. She does indeed go the extra mile to make sure the job is done. In my own experience, things are nearly never straightforward, however Rachel has always made sure that everything is organised and try her very best to make sure the outcome suits everyone.

Mr. Jordan Liepa has been dealing with our enquiries and viewings and has been incredibly helpful, offering a professional and efficient service during our house-hunt. GoogleWe rent our property from Chancellors. I would never recommend them to anyone. We have been waiting for them to fix our toilets for months now. They won’t contact me for progress unless I contact them. Renting from Chancellors has become an absolute nightmare. We have needed a few things fixed in our property but it takes weeks/months for someone to even come and have a look. Then another weeks/months for someone to come and fix it. I’d go elsewhere if you’re looking to rent. Very bad customer service.
