If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors.They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.

FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service.Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do.Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

She had ideas and inspirations for us, before we even moved in. Nothing was a problem and she would always plan to see us, for viewings, when convenient with myself and my partner.Since we have lived here, Jayne has always gone above and beyond with helping us and sorting any problems out, highly recommended.

I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

FacebookI rent a flat via Chancellors and I have not seen people more UNPROFESSIONAL in my whole life. They only care about taking your money at the beginning of the process and making up ridiculous excuses to keep the money of your deposit at the end. NEVER AGAIN!
Exactly our experience too. I would never ever deal with this estate agent again. Absolutely disgraceful the way they treat tenants.

FacebookAs a contractor working with Chancellors has been great the refurbishment dept and property managers are friendly and helpful. Casey Gramson and Elysia Phillips have been fantastic to work with. They help greatly to get jobs completed, relaying information to Landlords and tenants.

Facebookwith advice asking us to market our house at over 30k less than value, plus a lack of competence, we regret ever signing up with Chancellors. waiting for the contract to end so we can go with more competent estate agents.

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

GoogleI've had some really bad experiences with estate agents, namely Charlotte Mellor who, after telling i wanted good, solid hassle free tenants, lied and inflated a potential tenants salary, oh and forgot to mention the CCJ. She inflated the tenants salary by 106k. From now on i only use Chancellors for my rental properties, Sam Hinton in the Henley office is honest, helpful and conscientious and a pleasure to deal with restoring my faith in Estate Agents.
