Mia was very diligent sorting out both non standard corporate tenancy agreement and the check in report amends. She was very helpful in finding solutions for any obstacles on the way in a timely fashion. The check in report itself could be more detailed, hence one star deduction, but that's with they supplier Lettingaproperty is using.

Update on my previous review below ....Be aware, these clowns now charge you £240 when the contract ends even with 3 months notice given. Yes £240...admin which is on top of the checkout fee. This change to their fees has been introduced after contracts were signed i.e during the tenancy. Useless in the extreme by every measure, shame I can't give zero stars. Every aspect of the process has been hard work and required several calls from me to get anything done. I have a history with this company and not had issues previously but this time it's been absolutely awful and I definitely wont use them again. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. I do wonder what the difference would of been if I had done everything myself which is exactly how it feels anyway. In fact, it would have saved me time as I wouldn't of had to chase this lot over and over again.

Chloe at LettingAProperty has been fantastic - always keeping me in the loop and has been vigilant in chasing my tenants that have not been paying their rent on time for months and are now deeply in arrears. I've still been getting my rental guarantee every month regardless and I'm very grateful for the safety net they have provided in this challenging time. I will say that prior to having Chloe looking after my property, things were a bit slow and I did have to chase for communication and even the rental guarantee every month, but since she's taken over the service has been absolutely brilliant. Chloe's a invaluable asset to LettingAProperty and I feel reassured having her in my corner. 5 stars for Chloe!

We used LAP for I think 4 years as landlords, and my most recent agent was Talia. She was the best I've worked with. Always very responsive, helpful, kind and professional. She's been great with the tenants too. I've been really happy with LAP on the whole and would recommend them. The portal is quite good and their listing and contract process was always straightforward. I went with the full management option and felt reassured by the emergency insurance and guaranteed rent insurance.
