Company is super, the agents are great on the phone. Website needs work. It would be good to be able to add another login address so partners can operate together; I couldn't upload docs at all (came up blank); found the site clunky to operate. In particular, viewing layout is awful - not being able to see all at the same time meant I missed a message from one client entirely, needs improvement to be able to view all on one page. As I said, lettings agents are great, like the company (4*!), website 3*!!

Excellent service from start to finish. I had an awful experience with my previous letting agent (Propertyhub now Thornleygrove) and amongst other things it was impossible to contact them over the phone or get responses via email.lettingaproperty.com were available at all times and helped me through a reletting process which resulted in my rent increasing from £1,400 to £2,100 pcm. The costs are far lower than a traditional agent but you have to manage the maintenance yourself. Shout out to Ethan and Casey for their support. If in doubt give them a call and you wont regret it!

Struggling to use their site to view a property and arrange bookings etc. Not sure if the link itself is broken or if it is an issue with the site. Have tried using different devices and multiple browsers to no avail :( Calling directly only refers you back to the website again so not sure how to proceed here? Ref is 8099 in Derby*

I would highly recommend Letting a Property. I have worked as a landlord with Letting a property for the past 4 years now, I have been guided really well through each stage, from advertising, finding the right tenants to keeping up to date with all the legal documents/ requirements needed to rent a property.I have worked with Andrada and Helen as my advisors and they are both professional and friendly and they always have the answers to my questions. I have also booked EPC, gas engineers and Inventory checks through Letting a Property, to date the services have been quick, efficient and the staff have been really good so I would highly recommend the services they provide too. This has really reduced the time needed to find these services.

GoogleJames was professional from the very beginning and I felt supported throughout. He provided me with a report for expected rental for my property within 3 days of us speaking. We had a follow up meeting to discuss the plans suitable to me further as well as another meeting to confirm and go ahead. He was patient with me as a first time landlord and I felt reassured. Though in the end my family members moved in and I did not need their services, I found James to be really responsive and encouraging. GoogleShannon was extremely helpful. As a new landlord, I found the process easy and she was available to answer any questions I had. I found that doing viewings myself was very useful, as I was able to meet the tenants and talk to them about the property and their circumstances. As I had previously lived in the property, I was able to give extra information about what it’s like to live there, which the tenants really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience.

At first I was apprehensive as it is an online company, in the sense that I did not visit their offices, but I was impressed by the professional, courteous and attentive service. I dealt with James Russell who I give top marks, he was very organized and patient with his job, always kept me up to date, and was very easy to reach. Communication was stellar.
