GoogleVery good experience with our account manager Shannon so far. Proactive and very quick to react to get the whole process going. They have a platform that makes it easy to manage tenant inquiries and order additional services. A way more effective and cost efficient option than traditional brick and mortar letting agent.

Worst firm once you let with them even with most costly package, yuo get nothing except call every year that renewal price is increased for doing nothing. Dont even care to reply to you several times, have to keep chasing them. Even to get out of them to move another agency dont give deposit access back. Pathetic team of people who care to get money and do nothing, not even reply to your emails. On annual contract renewal they change price for services but do not even care to suggest any price rise for Landlord or even respond. Please avoid these so called phone agents.
