I've been palmed off, had no email communication, and had call-back promises broken three times. I brought this to LAP's attention five weeks ago.To other landlords considering Lettingapropperty - Avoid using this company.

I have reported maintenance issues for over a month, I've had very little feedback and the repairs have not been attended to, in a result to this we have not been able to use x2 bathrooms in the house for the month. As a result we have now withheld the rent and arranged for a tradesman to come and attend the repair. The agent at Lettingaproperty had been given 7 days notice of these actions but still did not reply -Seems no one cares?
