GoogleUPDATE: DPS returned our refund IN FULL which confirms that this company and the landlord are cowboys. Perhaps if you are a cowboy landlord, you would enjoy the services of this non-existent essentially virtual agent. However, if you are a tenant you would be sensible to stay well clear. We have had to deal with a landlord that insisted on harassing us for the duration of our tenancy, who is now withholding our deposit (all the while copying them in) and they refuse to advise the landlord of proper law and obligations. They do not do checks on the properties, their advertised images are out of date and do not reflect the current property conditions. Our property which has caused severe health issues is now back on the market in the same condition. We have reached out to them in an attempt to bring the matter to a amicable closure, they do not respond.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Overall great experience in the sell cycle. Specifically Kelsey Hall and Ashleah Pope helping to get a tenant in for 1st October. Within a month its brilliant.Traversing two platforms was difficult. However we got there in the end and having support @ lettingaproperty.com to call on for both tenant and landlord made this experience great

We’ve received great service from Letting A Property. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and always at the end of the telephone. They have been great at talking us through the whole process and arranging different services for us, such as an inventory check-in, EICR and photographs of the property. I would highly recommend.

Overall had a positive experience with lettingaproperty.com . The website is really easy to use and track the progress of my property. The cons of using this service is that there was allot of miscommunication between the viewing agent and the people booking him via letting a property .
