1 enquiry for one week, useless

I bought the £99 package, within the first week, there was only 1 tenant enquiry which is way less than the enquiries from Gumtree and Facebook.This is surprising because there were only a few properties for letting at the time. I finally managed to find a tenant via Facebook by myself.Then I notified letttingaproperty.com that I will stop using their service, suddenly I received 5 enquiries in one day. This further proved that they didn't do their job properly.The issue is when a potential tenant tries to call the agent, it will take the agent time to answer the call and fill up a form. I would imagine this is quite boring, maybe the agent thinks the same.In all, it's useless.
