I had a query about contract renewals which was quickly addressed and resolved with information of what would be ammended and when. This clarified some confusion as my tenant had assumed change had happened immediately. However we were able to resolve and renewal will be good for both tenant and landlord. Thanks

GoogleI had a short initial engagement with letting a property but later had to switch to a high street agent due to my circumstances. The amount of flexibility that has been shown by these guys is amazing. I have labelled them as problem solvers and would 100% recommend them for anyone who is planning to let a property while staying in the country or having friends/family who can help out with tenant transitions ( in my situation I had to relocate overseas hence a high street agent was better suited)PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI must say that I had a wonderful experience and what more you can ask for if you get a tenant in dot 10 days moved into the property. Words are less to express how easy was it to setup, dealing with tenants and especially the guidance we recieved at every stage. GoogleI started renting out my first property last year and the service was excellent. I have now successfully rented my second property with again excellent, efficient service. The pricing has increased for the full package but still represents excellent value compared with estate agents. The emergency cover is fantastic to have included. As I look to expand my portfolio I plan on staying with lettingaproperty.com throughout my landlord journey. Highly recommend that if you are looking for a company that have excellent and efficient service they are perfect.
