Very efficient - was getting enquiries within an hour of submitting my advert. Charlotte (at the firm) checked over my copy and made some useful changes. Have all our properties loaded now, with photos, floor plans etc so just have to update copy and off we go. More expensive thean the firm I used to use (they went bust) but £149 allows me (a small independent) to compete on an even playing field with the national agencies.PositiveResponsiveness

I've used LettingaProperty.com for a couple of years, and can't speak highly enough about them. Having used traditional agents in the past, these guys are a breath of fresh air. There's lots of options to choose from (at good prices), meaning you can manage your property as little or as much as you want. They do all the paperwork, take care of the deposit and collect pay the rent out. Plus much more. Highly recommended.
