I have recently renewed with my current tenants through Lettingaproperty.com. after 3 years of working with them. I wish I had switched from a high street agency earlier as I've saved so much money. I have the Basic plan and find communication to be excellent, with no worries about tenancy agreements or financial paperwork. My emails are always answered quickly and I often refer to the general information that I receive from the company to keep up to date with legislation. Recommended.

I had a terrible experience with this firm, which I consider the worst I have dealt with in the past 15 years. I strongly advise against using their services unless you are looking to waste your time and money.very unprofessional and rude. They never answer their phone, and when they promise to call back, they never do.

I have chosen lettinga property.com because the prievious letting agency I used let me down (usual story the company got too big and customers no longer held a value individually) it was refreshing to see how 'On the ball' both James, Casey and the entire team dealing with mu account are - it took almost no time at all from beginning the process to having a tennant move in, they were very thorough in the relevant referencing & financial checks. I have been asked to post a review by the Renewal's team, but really there's little to say. Lettingaproperty.com is definitely different from other letting agents as pretty much everything is done online/via phone calls, but I supposed that's the best part of it, the flexibility, the affordability, and you know there's ALWAYS someone at the other end to help you. I'll admit it can be a little confusing at first, especially as a landlord when trying to coordinate viewings etc. so I would suggest don't let the agency take over to begin with, remain as a middle man to help both the agent and potential tenants, especially if you need to let the property asap. I'd honestly say that if you are not a commercial landlord or if you don't have multiple properties you are probably best to do viewings yourself as chances are you can 'sell' better than any agent since you know your property inside out. Apart from that once you have found a suitable tenant you can let their team take over, do all the necessary checks, collect the deposit, draw up contract etc. and from that point on you can put your feet up. Although, my experience says to remain in direct contact with the tenant - but I guess I'm luckier than most as mines very friendly and doesn't mind messaging over WhatsApp and have that direct approach to solve any issues that may arise. You prefer not to then you can let the tenant liaise with lettingaproperty.com directly which acts as your intermediary - after all they are paid to do just that. All in all I'd say my experience thus far has been a solid 7.5 even 8 out of 10.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

Update- after getting the tenant of our choice. So much interest, I was beating them off with a stick. We had to turn viewing requests away. A great support package for the landlord that wants a light touch and not to be rinsed for it. Smart tech enables quick contract and Inventory, I am left happy after every interaction with this company! 6 out of 5 Great advice from Shannon, knew her stuff, had researched the area of interest, and made a lot of sense that doesn't automatically lead to generating business for themselves- great insider knowledge/common sense.

I had Ashleah taking care of the letting process for me and she was such a stress reliever. The process was really daunting but she talked me through every part, was extremely patient, went above and beyond and honestly it was scary how quickly she responds with solutions and advice. I am truly impressed by the service provided by LettingaProperty.com! As a landlord, the change from a traditional agent made me anxious initially but there was always someone here to answer any questions and provide guidance in the letting process. The communication was great - I would always get responses to my emails within 24 hours which hardly ever happened with the high street agent! Ashleah professionally handled the admin side of things and made my life so much easier. I like the clear fee structure and find it fair too. I don't think I'd ever consider doing it any other way.
