Excellent, friendly and very professional service. I moved to LettingaProperty from a high street agency about 5 years ago, having checked them our first of course. They helped me throughout the 'move' process, which was quite stressful , ‘holding my hand’ (and for free!). After that they continued to be very helpful in all aspects of renting a property: advertising, advising about the right rental price, finding a tenant, drafting the contract, sending the required information, then collecting the rent and handling renewals. Their packages are very competitive. I especially like that the package I have includes rent insurance. They are always at the end of the phone with help and professional advice, they clearly know their business and are very up-to-date with the legalities. They also send out monthly newsletters that are quite informative. The tenants are happy with them too, which is great. Everything happens over the phone, via email or online and they are very responsive, i.e. responses are within minutes or hours as opposed to days. They are handling 5 of my properties and I do not regret for one minute that I switched to them. What I do regret is not moving to them earlier.

Very very impressed with lettingaproperty. They offer a very personal, and caring service even though they have such a large customer base. They have often gone above and beyond to support my requests, and, like to today turned around a request in under 2 hours. The price is very fair for the service and standard of service. They are diligent people who seem to genuinely care about the property and offer lots of advice. I can only see myself moving my other properties to them in the near future!

I have just been accepted for a property with them, I found them extremely professional and compassionate at the same time, a rarity in this harsh world. Charlotte, kept me informed of every process and answered any queries immediately. I felt safe and in good hands on a complex journey, she showed patience and understanding when we hit a rocky bit of the road and I cannot thank her enough for her help! It was a journey!! I think she was as happy as me, that I got the property and that was lovely. Highly recommended for a warm and personable yet professional service.
