Can't say, used LAP since 2017 and always had good support but have a tenant who has been in the place for the past 3 years and never had any issues so no recent comments to make.One thing I have noticed is I don't now get requests for copies of CP 12 and EICR certificates from LAP.Regards Alan Howse
