I've been happy with the whole process from advertising the property, obtaining tenant reviews to signing the lease. Having a dedicated contact to deal with, who ensures all the required paper work is submitted and responds promptly when I've contacted them. Their finance department makes regular monthly payments and having the knowledge the is rent has a guarantee up to a defined amount.

Excellent service!I rented my flat in london for £3000 per month. They found tenants for me within a matter of days. I did my own viewing (which I preferred because then I could meet the tenant) and all in all it saved me about £3000 compared to using a high street estate agent.These guys will be putting high street agents out of business in the future.They then did all the credit checks, references, the inventory and contracting in record time. All online and by email. They were very slick and 100 times better than my experiences with high street agents.I would recommend to anyone!

GoogleAs an agent I have asked this company to remove the photos that they are illegally using on a listing of theirs, Property reference:12572. We sold the property and they have listed it for rental. Shambolically all they have done is illegally use our photos and then copy and paste the text from our listing to create their listing. If I was a client of theirs I'd be pretty unimpressed with the lack of effort put into something you'll be paying for not to mention the illegality of using intellectual property that isn't theirs and inturn breaking the guidelines of the property portals that they are listing on Saying that they did have the ingenuity to copy the floor plan and amend it to be a 4-bed rather than a 3-bed that it is. Despite two emails requesting the removal of the photos no reply as yet. Tried calling twice too but their dire automated telephone system means you end up speaking with nobody. Strongly suggest you get what you pay for with this lot, minimal effort.

GoogleI found LettingaProperty online and since signing up they have been extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my requests. I was a little apprehensive about carrying out the viewings myself, however, I am so glad this was an option as I was able to meet potential tenants. The process was really easy to do and all viewings lasted around 5-10 minutes. Another plus point to carrying out my own viewings is that I could decide on the times they happened which was an important factor as I am extremely busy. I would highly recommend using LettingaProperty.

GoogleInitially I was worried about an online agency. I felt that it would be impersonal and difficult to speak to someone. I called them about 6 or 7 times in one day and every single person I spoke to was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I found the online platform exceptionally quick. As much as possible of the process is automated and this results in less delays, waiting for a person to read and respond to an email etc. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have been in the process of renting a house via letting a property. We met the landlord at the viewing, kept in touch and did all the formal part with the agency. Charlotte who we have worked with has been fantastic, efficient, respective and proactive. All the queries we had she managed to sort straight away. We're not the type of people to faff with paperwork as it's frustrating when things should be simpler. Charlotte and the agency made it so simple. I really do recommend landlords AND tenants to join up via letting a property.

I'm so impressed with this agency. The people that I've dealt with, Casey and Kelsey, have been so helpful and patient with both me and the tenants. They've really gone the extra mile to make sure that everything has worked out. I really like the web based system for holding the documents and keeping track of the viewings, tenants, payments, references etc. It helps keep a track of everything when there's a lot going on at once. The production of the advert was so good and so simple, brilliant. And finally, it took just two weeks from the advert going live to the tenants moving in. TWO WEEKS! Unbelievable. Well done to all at Lettingaproperty, I highly recommend them, and no, I'm not getting paid to write this. Haha
