Lettingproperty.com are different from other letting agencies, they give various options for landlords to buy their services whatever suit your circumstances. No pressure to buy anything you don't want. The landlord dashboard on their website was very helpful to know how the process is going on. They helped me how to use the dashboard. They also assisted me directly on the phone or emails. Their reference check was quick and they always provided advise and/or solution upon the result.It took only about two weeks from the day I contacted them for advert and the rent paid in.Casey and the support team were very helpful, and responded to all my questions promptly. As a new landlord, I learned a lot from them.

Definitely should have waited reviewing until all sorted. Wouldn't recommend at all now after numerous problems and haveing to sort everything myself really can't work out what I actually received for my money lack of support and no real structures started so well and really looked forward to working with these guys on future projects but not now very disappointing.I would now like to add how maybe they should care more about there customers then worrying about reviews left.After providing feedback on all the issues raised I haven't actually had any explanations as to why they happened just excuses and how they have had 15 years of fantastic clients well you haven't got one with me and I will be passing this on to others.Maybe worry more about your clients then you won't receive bad reviewsStick with high Street agents!!

I have used high street companies in the past but have received excellent service from Letting a Property and Casey, my Tenancy Manager, has been very professional and approachable. I liked the fact that you can add different services so you be more involved or less involved depending on landlord preference. The website has been easy to use. I would definitely recommend using this company.
