Absolutely exceptional service from beginning to end. I first emailed Nick at Boardwalk who called me the very next morning to discuss the options for selling or renting (via a sister company) my home. Both the lettings valuer and the estate agent where enthusiastic about the property and appreciated the work that had gone into it. They weren't pushy or salesy at all, unlike some other agents who are trained to see the property as a number. I decided to sell in the end as I found a home I wanted to buy. They pulled out all the stops, from the photography, to the marketing and to handing the offers, including a lot of due diligence that you don't see in the background. Which ensured I achieved an over asking price offer with a reliable buyer. Nothing was too much trouble for the sales progressor who still took my call and helped with an issue after completion. A well earned 5 stars, I wish all estate agents were like this. The price is also good too so if you're looking to sell a house in the Bristol area give them a call.

Hands down best UK estate agent I've ever worked with. Incredibly hardworking, transparent and friendly, with deep and realistic local market knowledge. Boardwalk did an excellent job of attracting four quality offers on our flat, and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Unfortunately our sale fell through, this was no fault of Boardwalk who remained professional throughout this challenging situation. We intend to use them for future transactions and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Bristol agent.

I had a really positive experience with Boardwalk Property Company when looking to buy a home in Bristol. Holly, the agent who showed me the beautiful house I viewed couldn't have been more genuine, warm & helpful - she was so lovely I actually wondered if the property was her own home! I would also add that the photos advertised did the home justice. I especially appreciate how Boardwalk in particular have a more personal friendly vibe compared with other agencies and yet they are still completely professional. I like that they include words from the people selling their home, making the experience of finding a home more personal which I feel is important. If you're searching for a house to call home I'd definitely recommend looking at their portfolio of properties.

In our search for a home, my husband and I are always excited when we see a Boardwalk property listed (their photos and properties are simply amazing). The team is wonderful at communicating and everyone we've spoken to is professional and kind. Their offer process is straightforward and they're very responsive. Superb personable service at all stages from a knowledgable initial house viewing through to every stage of application and completion. Nick Stoppard gave us a relaxed, friendly and very knowledgable service, keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. On the other side of the fence, I bought a flat and Nick was the agent for the landlord. Whilst the landlord and solicitor the landlord instructed were literally terrible Nick remained professional throughout, and put up with my outbursts. Had to find out my offer was unsuccessful by way of checking the listing myself to see it had been updated to Sold STC. No attempt had been made to contact me. This sort of thing can happen, I reasoned, so I rang Boardwalk to confirm. The agent on the phone said he didn't have the particulars and would get the agent in question to update me tomorrow as they were out of office. No such update arrived, even when I emailed the agent and asked for one. Prior to this Boardwalk had been prompt and communicative. This was a thoroughly disheartening experience.
