Everyone at Boardwalk was fantastic throughout the house selling process. The valuation was pitched right and the professional photographs made our house look amazing!! The sales progression team were in constant contact with us throughout what was a bit of a bumpy ride at times and they helped with anything they could and were superb. I chose Boardwalk to sell my flat as I was blown away by their stunning website, instagram and also their approach to local Bristol property. I was lucky enough to work with Holly and Tim to get my flat ready and then put on the market. The attention to detail and the personal touch I received was second to none. Nothing was ever too much and always at the end of the phone. The Boardwalk family so far have been fantastic and I'm excited to get across the finish line with Debbie in sales progression now.

I recently got in touch with Josh at Broadwalk. He was very quick in responding to my enquiry. He came and valued my property explaining all the options with regards to selling and providing some really good advice if I wanted to proceed with the sale at a later date. He also explained why he came at the valuation price which made perfect sense, but also answered my questions about the financial benefits of loft conversion and side return for my property - again explanation of whys and why not made perfect sense. His answers reassured me that he does know the property market, who the buyers are of properties like mine and the benefits of home improvement for financial gain or just to make better use of a home. He was really approachable, honest and not pushy at all. It felt like having a chat with a very knowledgeable friend, that one who makes you see things with fresh eyes and understanding. Would really recommend anyone wondering what to do with their home to have a chat with him.

We were excited to see we were using Boardwalk to buy a property. We'd seen all the adverts saying how they were a different type of estate agents, and did things differently. This wasn't the case at all. It was exactly the same as any other. Lack of communication, not engaged in the process. During the viewing, several really key pieces of information weren't shared with us that would have effected the offer we made. In the end, the sellers and ourselves just did all the communication ourselves. It was way simpler and easier. And ahead of our completion day, no one got in touch with us at all. This massive day, buying our first house, and we had to email in the morning to find out where to even get our keys. If it hadn't been for all the adverts, we wouldn't have had high expectations. But we did, and they weren't met. We didn't see any difference from a normal estate agency at all.
