I would like to express my thanks to Debbie for all her help and assistance whilst we were looking to move home. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and people having to pull out of the chain we are now waiting until everything settles down before our move. Brilliant Boardwalk

Whilst I'm fully aware that we are in a fortunate position to do so, having sold and bought a house during a pandemic was incredibly stressful. Our brief was very precise - we wanted to stay in our area but move to a larger family home to accommodate a growing family. Our search became all the more difficult given the area has become very popular recently, with the stamp duty holiday further inflating prices. Boardwalk Property Co were brilliant throughout, dealing with immense pressures calmly and honestly. It's often difficult to see things clearly until after these kinds of events are fully over and I'm well aware that we got what we wanted in the end so any niggles during the process may get forgotten. However, from start to finish, Boardwalk gave us everything we required and more. They valued our property far and above any other agency (we saw 5 in total) and worked with us to fulfill our brief. Their styling and attention to detail I believe maximised the final sale price, ultimately allowing us to afford our dream home. We're hugely grateful to Nick and his team for all their help and guidance throughout this process. For me, they offer something new in Bristol and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was told that we would then be sent some more info the next day, which 2 weeks later and despite chasing twice hasn't been received. Was keen to use you- but if your comms are this bad now who knows what they will be like if we were to sell with you!
