GoogleWe looked at lots of agents, and Boardwalk were head and shoulders above the rest. We had an excellent service, and we don't think another company would have achieved the price. The social media, photos, branding and marketing were all first class and really showed off everything about the house to get us the best price. I don't think other agents in the area would have been able to match this and we'll definitely use them again.

The sales progression team were fantastic, communicating with other agents throughout the chain to ensure things went through. They certainly earned their fee! Josh managed the valuation, listing, viewings and offer process and was always available with good insight on the market, my sale and what to expect, as well as good advice on my onward purchase. Once I'd accepted an offer, Ruby took over the sales progression and she couldn’t have been more helpful. I really appreciated her tenacity in chasing up my buyer's painfully unresponsive solicitor, and keeping the other agents in the chain up to date. Buying and selling in a chain is a far smoother process when communication is good, and Ruby helped ensure that it was.

We’ve really enjoyed dealing with Boardwalk- it really stands apart from other estate agents as none generic and artistic. Ester and Elisa looked after us and were so incredibly down to earth. Friendly and helpful. It hasn’t really felt like business but more of a series of lovely interactions. The photography is also next level and really captured the house without using silly distorting wide angles.
