GoogleOur experience with Boardwalk was wonderful. Both Rhia (agent) and Ruby (sales progressor) were incredibly helpful, great at keeping us informed throughout the process and overall friendly and nice. Our property sold for way more than asking price and we have no doubt that the way Boardwalk advertised it, the marketing strategy and professional photography had a significant impact on this. They got the right people in and made sure that they had plenty of details regarding the property to support the viewings. We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.

GoogleI really like Boardwalk’s modern approach to selling our house. The process was clearly shown to us and the online portal allowed us to follow with each step. Communicating was good, they kept our solicitors moving so that we exchanged in just over 6 weeks.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with Boardwalk. They helped me sell a complicated flat with cladding issues. They were incredibly professional, the photos and marketing were fantastic and I was lucky to have Ellis Askey as the sales progressor. He was very proactive, always keeping me up to date about what is happening, chasing solicitors and being a point of communication with the buyer. What a star! I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

We absolutely loved both of the photoshoots Owen did for Kip Hideaways, at our Architect's Hut and Skylark Treehouses. His aesthetic is amazing, as is his styling, and he perfectly captured the essence of staying at both. The owners of both properties were really chuffed with his work too, and we hope we can work with him again soon. Thanks Owen!!

Me and my sister used Broadwalk to sell our Dad’s house and Rhia did an excellent job. The whole process went very smoothly. The photos were excellent and Rhia gave us fantastic advice which resulted in us selling the house quickly. I would definitely recommend Rhia and Broadwalk.

Communication was good during our process of putting our property on sale and getting viewings with Rhia, with plenty of updates and good advice on staging our home. We did have a sale fall through and some information not passed on to potential buyers but generally our experience was good. Much better comms than from other estate agents we've dealt with.
