My partner and I recently bought a property through Boardwalk Property Co and couldn't be happier with the fantastic help that they gave us throughout the process. The sales team were really helpful in arranging all the viewings and getting responses to our initial queries, but the real hero was Debbie of the sales progression team (and a special mention for Poppy who fielded all our calls for a busy final week before purchase whilst Debbie was out for a well earned holiday). Debbie was always available, really helpful and was fantastic at chasing down all the necessary players in what turned into quite a long haul for our purchase. We normally heard all the news from Debbie before our solicitors even thought about picking up the phone and she was great at taking our queries direct to the seller when they were getting held up in legal land. If it wasn't for Debbie and her enthusiastic and personable support (thanks for laughing at my rubbish jokes) then we would have definitely found the experience even more stressful than buying a house can be. GoogleQuite surprised by the poor service, particularly unreliable and undependable communications. They promised some online viewing but never generated any such options. There was no feedback on viewings and in fact we were not even informed of the latest viewing. Multiple calls and emails were not replied. This is quite frustrating. I think they might be taking on too much without any resources to actually do the job well or properly. Their suggested pricing was also lower than other agents - I guess it is their strategy to get a quick sale. It is difficult to see anything else they were doing creatively and any efforts they were making. The most disappointing and frustrating point is the lack of correspondence and responses - despite calls and emails. Dear Sir / Miss, We don’t recognise your situation, as we have not sold a property on Bath Road itself for several years, with the last two sellers on Bath Road itself being happy with our service and leaving positive feedback about us. We have to question the legitimacy of this review without having a proper name or reference point. We have worked very hard to establish strong processes and systems for our communication with both buyers and sellers, from initial marketing right through to completion, and we are often commended for this. Our suggested marketing prices are always made with careful consideration, with our staff being academic, honest and considered about their valuations. All marketing strategies and price points are agreed with our sellers after full consultation, and it's completely unfounded to suggest we purposely undervalue our client's property. Perhaps we are the ones valuing honestly and correctly, and not overvaluing in an attempt to win business. GoogleBoardwalk seem to have a really high quality of properties on their books and their online virtual viewing function is really impressive and useful. Ethan was very helpful and efficient booking my viewing. At the viewing, Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable - he clearly really knew the property and had all the answers, something that hasn’t been the norm viewing with other agencies. GoogleI recently viewed a flat which was advertised by Boardwalk. Michael Harris and the team were super friendly, responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to help me whenever I had enquiries and they managed all my requests very professionally. I also loved the fact that they used a 4D-camera to make a virtual video of the property, I think this is an amazing way to allow clients to check details at a later time and get measurements and dimensions of the rooms easily. As a last word, I couldn't have asked for a better team, I think they went out and above to make sure all parties are satified. I wish all agents in the area were as amazing as the Boardwalk team.
