We viewed and bought a property through Boardwalk but I'd already started selling through another agent - if I had my time again I'd definitely look to sell through Boardwalk after a great experience buying with them. Really streamlined and professional all the way through the process even with the usual issues along the way, and such friendly and helpful people making a stressful time much easier. The property photos are a clear cut above, and little things like a clearly laid out checklist of actions they need you to take, or arranging a zoom call between the buyer/seller makes a huge difference. Always easy to get through on the phone, great service and attention to the customer experience, just night and day compared to the competition. Not sure how I hadn't heard of them before, but somehow the fees are super competitive as well, what more could you want? Thank you Holly, James and the team!

In selling my house, I had decided to do it all myself and cut out estate agents entirely. After all, why pay some dork in a skinny tie 2% of your sale price to provide no service, take awful and inexplicably knee-height photos of your house, and write some generic nonsense in a Rightmove ad? It came as a surprise even to me when I eventually chose to work with Boardwalk, and I had such a great experience I'm even writing a review, which I never normally do. I'm glad I chose Boardwalk because: - just look at their site or newsletter, the photos and descriptions are brilliant - not only is there some actual customer service, but it is high quality, very friendly, and very responsive (Holly and James were amazing btw, thank you!) - independent and local - when our buyers started acting up and trying some very silly things at the final hurdle, Boardwalk stepped in and smoothed things over - no dorks in skinny ties I often wonder what estate agents actually do to earn their fees, hence initially deciding to strike out on my own, but Boardwalk proved their value in lots of different ways and I highly recommend. Boardwalk Bristol is, without a doubt, the best estate agent firm I have ever worked with in my life! Both Josh and James displayed professionalism, excellent communication and industry intelligence. Don't normally log in to share but really impressed by this company. My partner and I recently bought a property through Boardwalk Property Co and couldn't be happier with the fantastic help that they gave us throughout the process. The sales team were really helpful in arranging all the viewings and getting responses to our initial queries, but the real hero was Debbie of the sales progression team (and a special mention for Poppy who fielded all our calls for a busy final week before purchase whilst Debbie was out for a well earned holiday). Debbie was always available, really helpful and was fantastic at chasing down all the necessary players in what turned into quite a long haul for our purchase. We normally heard all the news from Debbie before our solicitors even thought about picking up the phone and she was great at taking our queries direct to the seller when they were getting held up in legal land. If it wasn't for Debbie and her enthusiastic and personable support (thanks for laughing at my rubbish jokes) then we would have definitely found the experience even more stressful than buying a house can be.
