What a total delight it was to sell my house recently through Boardwalk, in particular working with the wonder that is Ester. Down to earth, real talk, human centred without all of the gross salesy, slimeyness that can often come with more traditional estate agents in my previous experience. How refreshing it was to have regular, honest conversations around such a big decision. Ester's kind and natural approach started right from the start and our first meeting chatting over a cuppa at my kitchen table, throughout the whole rest of the process to the celebratory phone call from her on the day that the sale completed. She promised that Boardwalk would sell the house within a certain window and was able to be brave and open enough to be flexible within that when certain elements needed tweaking. Her patience whilst doing all of this alongside a tenanted house with varying access restrictions was also worth noting! The photos that Charlie took were brilliant and the valuation that Ester gave was spot on too, with it eventually then going for over asking price. I only wish that I could take Ester and co with me to other cities so that other buyers/sellers could have this experience of selling their home. It was a complete game changer and I am hugely grateful to Ester and the Boardwalk team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
