An excellent service, from start to finish. Rhia was a font of good advice, always responded quickly to queries, and, towards the end of the process, helped to hurry things along (much appreciated!). In terms of presentation, Boardwalk is head and shoulders above the competition - the photos of the property were lovely, and showed it in its best light. We would definitely use Boardwalk again.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Boardwalk who created a video for their journal of a garden I had recently designed. Owen from Boardwalk was absolutely incredible. He is a magician! The video is stunning and he put me completely at ease for the interview part, something I was very nervous about as usually I very much hide from being in front of a lens. It felt just like a chat and wander around a garden with a friend. Thank you! It was a great experience.

GoogleI arranged a viewing for a property, and they were able to accommodate my late request. During the viewing, Josh was extremely friendly and helpful, answering my questions clearly and concisely, both about the property itself and the overall process. Although I didn't go ahead with the buy, Boardwalk Property, and Josh in particular, were as good as I could have expected throughout the early stages of the process.

Was not feeling great about how we got to the sale of our house, and to be quite honest was on the edge of changing agents. But once dealing with Ellis, he made everything feel right and like we were his priority. He always knew what was going on and what needed to be done.

GoogleJosh Carter managed the marketing and sale of the property and Debbie Alcock worked with us and our lawyer to ensure that the transaction completed. The onboarding, production of sales particulars and posting of the flat on the market was smooth and we accepted an offer after about a week for over the asking price. The challenge was in keeping the sale on track. The buyer’s solicitor was very poor and slow and the sale nearly fell through as a result. It’s fair to say that without Debbie’s professionalism, dedication and very high level of customer service and attention, the deal would not have completed. She was excellent, memorably good and a credit to the business. We have bought and sold through Boardwalk and will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thanks.

We achieved a good price for the property. Communication was very good, I knew what was happening at all times. Shortly after a viewing I received a detailed report giving useful information of the prospective buyer.
