From the initial viewing to getting the keys Orchid where with us every step of the way. Words cannot express how delighted we are with their service - it was almost a dream service, everything they said they will do they did and more, I cannot think of a time that I needed to speak with Jacob and he did not answer my call, email or text message - the guy was replying to my messages while still on holiday - how many of us would do that? The whole team at Orchid are fantastic, whether you are buying, selling, renting these guys are the best professionals around in the area without a doubt. Before buying our house with Orchid we viewed quite a few properties in the locale although once we met Jacob and the professionalism, mannerism he showed compared to the other agents we met was excellent. These guys are just great, absolutely fantastic.
