FacebookFrom the initial viewing to getting the keys Orchid where with us every step of the way. Words cannot express how delighted we are with their service - it was almost a dream service, everything they said they will do they did and more, I cannot think of a time that I needed to speak with Jacob and he did not answer my call, email or text message - the guy was replying to my messages while still on holiday - how many of us would do that? The whole team at Orchid are fantastic, whether you are buying, selling, renting these guys are the best professionals around in the area without a doubt. Before buying our house with Orchid we viewed quite a few properties in the locale although once we met Jacob and the professionalism, mannerism he showed compared to the other agents we met was excellent. These guys are just great, absolutely fantastic.

GoogleAs much as we love our house, we fell in love with a new build home and were torn whether to move or not. Matthew has the patience of a saint and for three weeks helped and guided us but always gave us space and didn't push us while we made our decision. He came up with amazing solutions to our reservations and was more than fair in giving us time with no pressure. A really tough choice but we decided in the end not to move, and Matthew respected our decision and didn't make us feel like we had let him down or wasted his time. If we ever do decide to move in the future, Orchid would be the first place we will contact.

GoogleWe bought our Boxmoor house through Orchid in 2017. Matthew showed us around first, with Jacob taking over proceedings after this: both dealt very professionally with tricky vendors who were not keen on answering phone calls or emails. The vendors had also promised to rent elsewhere to move the sale along and I was particularly impressed by how Jacob managed this situation when this promise was not fulfilled. The sale did take some time to go through but Orchid kept us informed of events throughout the process, never shirking a difficult phone call and they were always on hand to answer our queries. I've since become friends with Jacob and I think his qualities as a guy are reflected in Orchid as a business - friendly, reliable and honest.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
