Exceptional service from start to finish, couldn't recommend Orchid highly enough. Selling my mother's home was always going to be an emotional process, and Jacob at Orchid Estate Agents handled every aspect of it with genuine care and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, his communication was exemplary. We were kept informed at every stage, never left wondering what was happening, and always felt like a priority. He achieved a fantastic price, moved things along at impressive speed, and did it all with a calm, reassuring manner. If you're looking for an agent who combines real expertise with genuine human warmth, Jacob is exactly that. We wouldn't hesitate to use Orchid again.

I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right  through to the final sale.  It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!

We recently purchased a house and initially contacted Jacob to arrange a viewing for a property we’d seen on Rightmove. From that first interaction, we didn’t feel the need to approach any other agents. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout. While the sale wasn’t particularly complex, it wasn’t completely straightforward either, and at every stage Jacob remained patient, supportive, and clear in guiding us through the process. Without doubt the best estate agents I have ever used. Jacob was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He always arrived early for viewings to ensure the house was ready, and gave us feedback from the viewings, as soon as they were over, which we really liked. Unfortunately, our first sale fell through, (through no fault of Orchid), and Jacob confidently sold our house again, achieving the full asking price. Highly recommend! I worked with Jacob for the sale of two homes and he was honest, consultative, hard working and head and shoulders above any other estate agent I have ever worked with. He kept me in the loop throughout the process both times, not once did I need to chase for feedback or updates.
