What an experience! We picked Orchid because of them being a small, well established local agency. We wanted somebody with a good knowledge of property market in the area and Orchid seemed to be the best choice. Jacob made a whole experience extremely easy and straightforward. First sale fell through, but Jacob came up with a new offer on the same day we put our house back on the market. It felt like selling a house on autopilot. Out of the 3 agents we had in (including the agent who sold us the house) we instantly got a great feeling from Jacob. He was friendly, polite, informative and believe it or not from an estate agent gave us a sense that we could trust him! He gave us in my eyes was quite an optimistic valuation but he knew his and his team's worth and they got us exactly what they said they would! - Jacob and Will were great escorting our viewings and ALWAYS giving feedback ASAP. So now just when you are over the moon with these guys getting you a great price for your house. Jacob went even further and found us our dream home to buy! the overall transaction wasn't straight forward but Jacob and Hazel was always there to pick up the phone whenever something needed a little push! With all the help from these guys we've got the sale and purchase over the line now. Jacob and his team are the best in the business!!

Jacob at Orchid is worth his weight in gold. We have had the most difficult experience with chains falling through and Jacob has been incredible through the whole process. He keeps on top of everything, chases who he needs to, and gets the results. He is always prompt at repsonding to messages and calls, also is such a lovely guy , we are so happy with his performance. I would like to say a massive Thank You to Jacob he was the estate agent we dealt with and he has been consistent the whole way through. Any updates, chasers or extra viewings we wanted to arrange he was always able to sort out help pretty much right away and always called back if he wasn't available there and then. The Team and company overall has been great. Thank you again for such a smooth process to buying our first home. Weekends were a massive deal for us as we are full time working parents and there was no huffing and puffing about that so overall great experience with Orchid. Would recommend it to anyone.

We contacted Matthew at Orchid Estate Agents after reading great reviews on a Facebook request for recommendations. Our parents had recently passed away and the house had been our family and childhood home for nearly 40 years. Matthew instantly understood the emotion of the sale for my sister and I and dealt with it with professionalism and sensitivity. We had started marketing the property with another agent who was unable to sell the property over several months. Matthew and his team sold our house within a week of marketing the property, they didn’t even have time to get a ‘for sale’ board up! Jacob at Orchid was recommended to us by some friends of ours and we couldn't have been happier with him and his teams service at Orchid. We started our process just before the pandemic and shortly after we accepted an offer. However unfortunately this offer fell through and this was a great concern. But Jacob immediately set to work and within a few days had got us another buyer! We sold the property whilst living abroad and in a different time zone which typically makes things difficult. We went with Jacob and the team to sell our based based on initial reviews of a good service online back in July last year. However, the service we received far exceeded our expectations in what I would describe as exemplary but also like having a professional friend supporting you in this journey. The initial visit and valuation was very professional and very honest. All visits for viewings where arranged seamlessly and all together. When it came to offers and negotiations Jacob was very professional and provided some great advice and guidance. We ended up in a chain with 8 people which had it's own challenges but Hazel in the Sales Progression team was absolutely amazing in keeping things moving and keeping us informed of progress and challenges within the chain - i genuinely don't think we would have completed without Hazel's enthusiasm and drive in keeping things moving up the chain as well as managing ours and buyers along the way.
