GoogleI bought my property via David Doyle in 2010 and they were great. Really professional with great customer service and communication. I have just sold this property and went back to David Doyle and again the service was really good, the staff are all lovely and really professional and they were really helpful at every stage of the process. The rates were also really reasonable. I would have no hesitation in using them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good estate agent.

GoogleThe move went extremely well thanks mainly to the DD team especially Laura who kept us updated on a weekly basis letting us know exactly the movement, position and health of our chain. We went on the market in March and moved in June which I think was particularly impressive as we had a chain of 8.A lot is said about Estate Agents but the service we got was first class from start to completion, although a stressful time the service we got took a lot of the pain away...many thanks.

GooglePlaced an offer to purchase a property and it has been over two weeks and still haven't had a response with either yes or no the estate agent! Despite calling them and request feedback on my offer still nothing. No wonder why it take so long to sell a property, I can't imagine what they tell the vendors! Very poor communication or non-existing. Just to set the record straight, you never come back to me to confirm whether my offer has been rejected or accepted, and by the way all rejection should be done in writing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi Sorin, Sorry to see your review. You spoke with a colleague 09/11 17:22 regarding offering on the property. It was explained at this time the seller was looking for a certain figure and had offers very close to this. Your offer came in £20,000 (10%) less than that level, without any of the information requested. Our office called you 11/11 at 13:40 to explain that your offer had been rejected. We did not hear back from yourself until 19/11 11:05. We returned your call that day 14:23 and tried you again when we saw this review 22/11 12:59. If you wish to discuss further please do call but the sellers position remains the same as 09/11 17:22 in that you offer level is too low. We wish you the best with your onward search.

Google5 stars, all for Magdalena! We had a few hiccups along the way during the purchase of our property such as poor communication from other parties and solicitor errors - but all of that was made so much easier with Magdalena's updates throughout. She really put our minds at ease, helped with all of our questions, and was at the end of the line (or email chain) whenever we needed her. She communicated everything really well and we were never left waiting for updates from her. We've now completed and couldn't be happier with our first home. Thank you!

Although there was a few stops and starts when the house was on the market (lack of feedback and viewings because of covid etc) Once we finally sold, Magdelena Lora on their progression team made the process as painless as possible. She was ON IT when it came to having all the relevant information, and she chased to ensure that the sale progressed when solititors on both sides were dragging their feet and being lazy. Being a first time buyer, I have received timely responses on any questions related to offer stage, and accompanied with a dedicated Sales representative to help us keep track of the progress with the seller side. On the completion date, things were very smooth and we got email and call confirmation from the team! Googleworst service I ever had in my life. very very unprofessional. To view a property we had three appointments. Before 2,3 hours early for appointment they informed appointment was cancel. Every Saturday 3 times they done same thing.whiting one month we call more than 30 times to get a viewing appointment. Couldn’t get an appointment. Finally said property under offer. Hi Pahalagama, I think there has been some confusion. Our vendor has declined your viewing on the basis that they are taking their property off the market, not that it has been sold. We tried numerous time to get you in to view the property but the seller did not wish for you to see the house as they no longer wish to sell. I can understand your frustration as I also believe you lost out on another in the area. As a business it is unfortunately not in our gift to sell homes where the client does not wish to sell.
