GooglePoor service.!!! 3 attempts with 3 different property’s in one month. Made an offer to all but none of the employees bothered to call back to feedback. regarding my offers . Very strange , very disappointing.

GoogleMoved into a property manager by Connells 5 weeks ago with them advising the toilet needs to be fixed and the blind in the bedroom, not to mention a handful of other things they did not tell us about. Paid 6 months rent upfront & since moving in they have ignored every email to repair anything. Terrible service from an estate agent, leaving us without a working main bathroom since moving in which links onto the guest bedroom, so we are unable to have any visitors or use this bathroom in any way. Will be taking this further as they have a 28 day commitment for faults. **One to note, the only reason they have 5* reviews is because they bribe you with a goodie box on signing the documents. Don’t be fooled.

GoogleGreat Service. Viewed the flat on Wednesday and moved in Sunday same week. All checks were done promptly. Zoe the manager was lovely, she came in on her day off to hand flat keys to me. Bodie was also lovely and patience through out the entire process. Thank you guys!

I wasn't really a fan of using agents but using these to ladies completely changed my mind. I would recommend them to anyone. He doesn’t threaten that the client will ‘pull out’ if things don’t go as fast as desired. He’s been immensely helpful to me and he is one sales agent I totally trust. GoogleThis is by far the worse lettings agency I have EVER used. Terrible customer service. They have been extremely inconsiderate, inattentive and unbothered. I have moved out of my apartment almost a month ago and I still haven’t received my deposit, despite several calls. All they have to say is that the concerned agent is unavailable. They are instantaneous when it comes to taking the deposit but start behaving indifferent when they need to return it. They literally do nothing but just repeat one sentence when you call them. Just imagine a company loosely translate their service as “yes we have your money, but you can’t get it right now because we are busy ignoring customer requests”. If you want to save your time and energy, NEVER go for this agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleZoe and the lettings team at Connells Hemel Hempstead handle all of my lettings. I trust them implicitly to find me the right tenants, marketing properties promptly and producing a shortlist from the many enquiries they generate. I can just leave it in their hands from start to finish and know that I can concentrate on other aspects of my property business while they find me the right people. I won't choose anyone else.

GoogleI wish i checked their rating out before buying. I reserved a property with Luke and Carl in August 2020 and got a mortgage offer for property. The property was meant to be getting ready in December 2020. When December came, Luke and Carl both urged to give my deposit for exchange with no anticipation completion date. I had extend my mortgage offer twice. Its April now and still haven't got the notice of completion, the notice gets delayed on a biweekly basis. These guys do say alot of stuff over the phone but will never give you anything in writing. The property is 2mins walk from their office and they can't provide you with an update on it, these guys are worst estate agency, please try to avoid these guys at any cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
