Sophie went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and the viewing she arranged was fantastic. I am very happy and grateful for Sophie's hard work. Honestly, what an embarrassing experience I had with this agency. I called them every day for two weeks, visited their office in person, and left my details yet nobody from their letting team ever called me back or arranged a viewing. Connells sold my house in six days. I dealt mainly with Tim Wright. He was very professional, really knew his job and did it exceedingly well. He kept me informed throughout and was always quick to get on and do whatever he had to do. There was no waiting around for weeks wondering has he done this or that. I highly recommend them because I tried selling my house with another estate agent before I went to Connells. They were expensive and basically the complete opposite to everything I have just said about Connells. They also work well as a team because when Tim was off for a while everyone else in the office was up to speed with my situation. I didn't have to explain everything every time I rang. Connells have been fantastic, I initially made contact with them in Autumn 2023 for a valuation of my property and ended up using them this summer to sell my property. Connells (Tim especially) were on it from day one and I ended up with an offer within a few days of the listing going up (second viewing I believe). Tim worked incredibly hard throughout and was always available if I needed any updates or solicitors needed chasing etc. The sale via Connells was painless and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an agent in or around Hemel.
