GoogleHaving been let down by a landlord, we had to find a property in a matter of days to relocate before starting working a new job. They found us a really nice modern property at a competitive price, albeit being unfurnished. Very smooth move in process with Bodie, who has been extremely helpful with a couple of flat issues since. So far so good!

GoogleBunch of liars. They will lie to your face. I have never dealt with a more unreliable, dishonest bunch of real estate agents in my life. And I've rented houses in 4 different countries.

GoogleNot happy with the lettings team , made an offer for one of their properties , was accepted by landlord , i was waiting to go and pay the depozit , and I've noticed they never called me back , i chase them up and find out that the property was gone ,and they never informed me .

Googlevery very very bed customer service. Once you will pay your bills they do not care about you. I was waiting to get my deposit two months. other fees still waiting. you can keep calling them and they never respond to you if they own you money. I would never recommend this estate agency to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleAwful experience across the whole Connells group. Avoid at all costs. Nothing but constant harassment even though I said I would not instruct after a valuation. Letters, cold calls etc. Another branch I viewed a property with, pressured me to make an offer even though I was not interested.

GoogleTerrible. No proactive efforts taken, and what's more the individual responsible for our sale was actively rude with us when we had to chase for updates. Avoid. They're not even cheap, which might have softened the blow of their lackadaisical approach and woeful customer care.
