GoogleThe girls at reeds rains r so helpful and Lauren was so helpful in sercuing my home and wen I call it always friendly service and if I have a problem maintenance wise jess sorts it out straight away would defo recommend reeds rains to friends and family

YellNot the best experience
Used them as letting agent for a former property. Upon leaving the company and selling house they gave me terrible service not returning calls and when managing my property I was constantly chasing them for work not done. I left a poor review for them and immediately got a call to tell me to remove this. They didn’t speak to me but my partner about the property and review they breached data protection as I had not given them permission to discuss anything with anyone other than myself. I felt harassed and was forced into removing the review. I now feel that I need to correct this situation and accurately inform service users of my experience.

GoogleGareth..was extremely professional..and spent time to give an expert valuation which proved to be entirely correct. The office staff were excellent. Nikki and Hannah had good in depth knowledge of real estate.I would recommend this..team to everybody..You may pay slightly more ; you will receive..SO much more... ...

Eventually there came along my perfect new home; they then guided me through the long process of buying and moving in with their usual professionalism.

GoogleBy far the worst property management services I’ve encountered. They failed to carry out routine inspections, I always had to chase them up for paperwork or updates, they never returned calls when promised and they even lost the keys to one of my properties. Very poor customer services. I recommend that you look elsewhere, just as I did.
We’re sorry you were disappointed with the service received from Reeds Rains. We took over the management of your property from your previous agent with tenants in situ. While we aimed to conduct routine visits in line with our service level agreement, the tenants were evasive and we were repeatedly unable to gain access to the property. The keys were not lost, rather, they were never provided to us when we took over the property management. GoogleMe and my partner have recently moved into our new home and have been dealing with Sam throughout the whole process. She has made sure that we’ve been happy every step of the way and also has answered all the queries that we’ve had. She has been very informative, helpful, courteous and incredibly supportive. Would 100% recommend dealing with Sam as she has been amazing!

GoogleIt's just a great shame we have to use letting agencies and estate agencies in the first place. They are only out to make money and adopt a "policy" of pretending to care about their customers. When and if you do need to use one do proceed with upmost caution. And keep an eye on those hidden fees!!!! They also have "adopted" a policy of NOT replying to customers emails. Not very professional!!!!

GoogleDealt with the company twice and both time were shocking. Not the company itself, that's unfair as majority of staff I've spoken to have been very nice, well mannered and helpful. All aside Loren who works there. To say her attitude stinks is an understatement. I'm sure a lot of business is or will be lost due to her attitude. The lies that spout out of her mouth is unbelievable. Not heard many good things about the company as whole, wouldn't let them rent a dog crate out

GoogleAwful customer service. Very nice and helpful to begin with to ensure they get you in the property and quick to take your money. A short while after being in the property and reporting repairs time after time nothing was getting done. Persistent calling still doesn’t get you anywhere. Rude staff, placing you on hold abruptly then hanging up on you, always seems to be excuse after excuse. I’m left regretting ever taking on this tenancy and looking for somewhere else. Been here only a year (almost) and it’s been nothing but hard work. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

GoogleAfter my apartment was listed for 5 months, with another letting company, Lauren contacted me and discussed at length the advantages that the team at Reeds Rains could offer to me as a landlord. The best decision I have made, was changing management companies, as Lauren and Hannah have been nothing but professional, friendly, dedicated and extremely helpful. After 1 week we now have a tennant moving in. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I recommend all of the team, to landlord's and Tennant's alike, as they are awesome.
