I joined Reed Rains a couple of months ago and have had fantastic service from both Katie and Jennifer. They are friendly, professional and always quick to assist and answer all my questions. They made the process smooth and easy, especially Katie who has gone above and beyond to assist me and meet the deadline I wanted. She is fantastic and really dedicated, without her it would have not been possible. Really appreciate the great support.

I had the pleasure of having Hayley Mackridge from Highfield Road Blackpool taking me on the viewing of two properties. She was on time and had knowledge of both properties, I felt at ease, time to ask questions and most of all not rushed through the house, I've viewed houses and only had a 10 minute window to make a big decision. I have recently moved into a retirement flat Ive have let Reeds Rains know the security phoneba number of times is not working at all they have not taken this seriously I can not let anyone through the security gate or the front door of the building this issue is a health hazard to me Surely this issue is prority in the circumstances The phone does not ring its dead No sound at all im asking for this matter to be dealt with Yet again its not good enough Kathleen

Experience as a buyer. Could not ask anymore! The team where absolutely relentless with the solicitors and without a doubt made the process a whole lot faster and smoother! They allowed us numerous visits of the unoccupied property so it required them to accompany us and even let us do a special visit just to show our children the house. Special shout out to Nikki on this one as she even contacted the seller after the sale to double check the paint colour used in the house! We will use Reeds Rains for any purchases or sales in the future!

I have had a purchase going through on a bungalow for around 11 months. No fault of mine OR Reeds Rains. But in the early days I had quite a bit of messing about to get the utilities on to view it properly and one of the young ladies in the office on highfield road was pretty useless. Then came Hayley Mackridge who has been amazing. Her emails have been consistent and professional and on the phone she is polite and friendly. She turned my experience around. She’s a gem. When I called in to finally get the keys for my new place she was busy with an elderly gentleman and I watched how patient she was with him and had pulled her chair round to his. Fabulous 👏

Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness

Please avoid! Don’t bother with the reeds rains branch in hebden bridge- poor customer service, everyone’s attitude stinks especially Zach and the branch manager Matthew, unhelpful and have no respect whatsoever. If you have a tenancy through them please expect to be ignored, nothing to be done about issues and for the team to belittle you. I have had the worst experience over the past 2 and a half years and finally happy for it be done and over with! If you are thinking of buying/ selling or renting via reeds rains hebden bridge, please be prepared for the above and for the team to pass you around so they don’t have to deal with you. On a last note the only person who seems to care or have any compassion and deal with issues or try assist is Olivia (letting manager) so if you plan on getting to the bottom of things please ask for her.

We could not be happier with the help we got from Shannon at Reeds Rains, we managed to be the first people to view the house. Within 10 minutes we said yes to it and put our offer in and Shannon did the rest and also to recommend a mortgage advisor. The service was great and Shannon kept us in the loop throughout the process and everything was completed buy the end of January 22.
