FacebookHaving had all the estate agents in town come round to value my house, Reeds Rains Hebden Bridge became the clear winners and the best agents to sell my house with.All the staff at Hebden Bridge are at the very top of there game and very professional and on the button with dealing with matters.They sold my house promptly and achieved a realistic result and in my view gave a very accurate /fair and realistic market valuation. I have not one negative comment to make about RRHBIf the staff were to appear on xfactor...The panel would all press that gold button where all the fireworks go off and all that ...that’s how good they are.

GoogleWas with Reeds Rains for 5yrs and the only estate agents I've used in all my years renting and can honestly say the worst 5yrs of our lives. They will knowingly rent you a house thats falling apart and took 4yrs out of the 5yrs (in all 6yrs as previous tenants had same problem) to actually get landlord to fix the window in kitchen that poured in water whenever it rained plus numerous other problems like mold that was never sorted.. Ive even seen while been in the office how they blag customers saying they will ring this person landlord then as soon walked out do nothing but chat to person next to then.. Not once in 20min I was there they rang them. I recommend wholeheartedly that you DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENCY..

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home via Reeds Rains. The service from the entire team was exceptional. Every time we called, it didn’t matter who answered, the service was second to none. Nikki, the office manager, was our main point of contact, and it was clear to see that the expectation of service was set from the top. From start to finish , the service was seen less and they certainly made our move as good as we could have imagined. Thank you!

GoogleBrilliant service, I have used reads rains to let out my properties for 2 years now and I have never had a problem. The manager Lauren is always happy to talk if I have any questions. Sam always goes out of his way to come out and list my properties as soon as they are ready and Rebecca always gets them moved in as soon as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

JUST MOVED TO A NEW RENTAL LEAVING A SPOTLESS AND WELL MAINTAINED PROPERTY IN FY6 0BQ AND NOW SUBJECT TO THE LANDLORD RETAINING SECURITY DEPOSIT "FOR CLEANING" SCAM, WITH REEDS RAINS DOING LESS THAN NOTHING TO ASSIST IN DEPOSIT RETURN. HAD TO RECOURSE TO MY DEPOSITS DISPUTE PROCESS. BEWARE AND AVOID USING THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.

GoogleJust awful! The most important thing about being an estate agent and entering peoples homes is respect and these had none. Allowed them keys and to do viewings whilst I was working and they caused so much upset and damage and after a complaint refused to do anything. Let viewers fill my bin up with their days rubbish and rotten food leftovers, damaged my walls pulling cabling out and played and damaged my expensive guitars. Managers knew that the person was guilty and apologised profusely however head office did nothing. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleApplied this morning approximately 8am on a property to let for £750 a month. Received an email stating someone would call me to arrange a viewing. Never heard anything so I called this evening to be told an application had been accepted on this property today. Terrible customer service especially as I'm desperate for accommodation
