We are very pleased with our experience with Chase Holmes. Our property was sold vey quickly, which is to be expected in the current climate, however Heather kept me up to date and helped when solicitors stalled. Sometimes this is the part when solicitors can let sellers down but Chase Holmes openness and accessibility kept things moving and we completed in12 weeks which is quite an achievement in the current market! Thank you.

Facebook⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service, from start to finish. They kept me up to date with everything, and made sure I understood the process, with me being a first time buyer. Could not praise the staff enough, everyone was friendly, approachable and happy to help with anything. Heather and Susan were fantastic, and Dom could not have done more. 100% world class service. Would 100% recommend buying, or selling a house through Chase.

FacebookI cannot thank Heather Fawcett enough during the sale of my house. She was there every step of the way with me and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Heather was always willing to go out of her way to resolve any issues that arose during the sale, always had time for me no matter how busy she was and always with a smile on her face. Heather is definitely an asset to the company and made the sale of my house so much easier liaising with everyone she needed to so ensure a smooth and quick sale. I would not hesitate to use Chase again because of Heather and would definitely recommend Chase to my friends.

GoogleStaff very friendly , simply can not do enough for you , extremely professional , the office well it is Wat is , buts easily well forgotten in seconds once you are introduced to any of the staff , I've spoken with nearly half the staff in the two local offices and I can't find fault sorry you cudnt if you tried .. I know how a landlord should work and am ashamed to say some of t be ones I left to get taken on by Chase , FANTASTC KEEP IT , the professionallity and personlities of staff is a loss that every other agents is crying out for Tonyabbz

Difficult to even justify 1 star, except unable to inform people they should NOT use this firm We have had to live 6 weeks in B & B as, had no option to forget at £500 to solicitor for a home we never received on our removal date. Now thankfully in time I am ready to move into my ideal home. Sadly husband needs care now. All due to Chase Holmes none progressive house sale! You all should be ashamed of yourselvesz Mrs Anne Mitchell
