GoogleWish I could give zero stars.I tried for weeks to book a viewing but no way, they always say leave your name and never call back.So finally, I started to email them once a property comes up but still they never reply to emails.

GoogleI recently completed on the sale of my house with Philip James in Reddish and have to say that they were fantastic from start to finish. Prior to instructing them I had been on the market with another local agent for a few months with little success, and also little contact from them. I was then recommended to Philip James by a friend who had also recently sold with them. I called to discuss a valuation and James came out to see my house the next day. He was very insightful about the market and had great confidence that my house would sell quickly, this was something that had been lacking from my previous agent so It was an easy decision to go with them. The photos we done a few days later and within a couple of weeks of going back on the market we'd had eight viewings and achieved an offer of the full asking price, we couldn't believe what a difference they had made. From there the sale progressed very smoothly and was completed about six weeks later. Massive thanks to everyone at Philip James, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe support, help and expertise offered from both Colette and Claire at Philip James was both invaluable and greatly appreciated as they guided us through the purchase of our first home. Nothing was ever a problem, all queries were answered straight away and their competence and knowledge helped us through what should have been a stressful time with great ease. We are delighted with our house but should the time come to move on, we will definitely be back on the phone to Colette without any hesitation

GoogleWe've just bought our first home through PJW and having missed out on a couple of other properties through other estate agents, it was good to deal with a business who I felt had the right balance of everyone's interests in mind. No hard sell, open and friendly. Mike dealt with our viewings and offers, and Julie saw us through to completion patiently with able assistance. We've been really happy with their service all the way through the process - we've even had a card from the vendor!

GooglePhilip James leave tenants in properties in desperate need of repairs. In the middle of a pandemic which specifically effects people with respiratory issues, it a disgrace this agency leaves tenants in mouldy properties. They repeatedly ignore their tenants requests for help, showing blatant disregard for their health. This is very unfair and clearly not safe as the repairs have still not been done.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
