After losing our mother, we had to put her house up for sale, which wasn’t an easy decision to make. Speaking and dealing with Franca and Philip James made the whole process very easy for us as a family. From arranging times to view our property to put to market around when we were available, to then handling potential buyers visits / viewings and providing feedback, to also taking the time to answer any questions we had. I can’t recommend Philip James and Franca highly enough, they made the whole process painless and straight forward from start to finish. Thank you all so much from all of my family!

I offered the house to this company and I get in touch with Franca Carbone DENTON & AUDENSHAW MANAGER she called me and said offered is accepted. I ask her to send me letter she said she is preparing but I found after was lying to me. I received call next day and advised we have an other offer now. This is really ridiculous as you already told me the your offers is accepted and received all documents from my side. I was left other property because they accepted my offer and than other property accepted offer some one else. So they treated me this way please think 100 time if you want to make business with this company specially the manager FRANCA CARBONE who done wrong with me for no reason. Again this is true experience I have from them. Hope they don’t do next time with someone else.

A brilliant service from start to finish. Franca assisted when we listed the house and then Lisa continued the process when we found a buyer. I want to thank Lisa in particular as she was very understanding, patient and professional when dealing with the many queries we had due to us not having sold a house before. I genuinely didn't have a clue and Lisa recognised that and went above an beyond at times. Philip James were recommended to us and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same to family and friends.

Where do I start! We have had such a brilliant experience with Wayne Scott and the team at this estate agent. Wayne went above and beyond our expectation of an estate agent. He really stepped in and helped us with our purchase, as well as dealing with our sale. He has made the whole process pleasurable, exciting and smooth. He has answered the phone when I ring, messaged me back (even in unsocial hours, his days off!) and kept us up to date with everything- amazing!! Thanks Wayne! Communication is the key with estate agents and the team at Philip James in Heaton Moor have got it sussed. We have been informed at every step of the process. We have felt really well looked after. Franca and her team have sold two houses for me this year. My late Mum’s and then my own. In both cases Franca was spot on with her valuations and clearly knows the market well in Denton. They created excellent quality videos and photos that showed each property at its best, which generated lots of interest. Both houses had multiple offers and the team helped me evaluate each one so I could pick the best. I was delighted with the price I achieved for both houses, and the service I received.

I approached three agents to sell my property in South Reddish and found the initial advice given by Tony at Philip James Kennedy to be informative and thorough. He suggested a plan to achieve the best price possible which other agents didn't. I achieved the asking price within one week and the team pushed through to completion quickly. Lisa has been amazing following the sale of my property. She was always professional, responsive and always offered help. Lisa also went the extra mile in recovering a document which I needed from the Land Registry. She kept me fully up to date every step of the way. Prior to the sale all staff were very courteous, professional and were on the ball when it came to viewings on my property and feedback following those. I didn't have anyone not turn up for a viewing which is down to the vetting of prospective buyers. I received good advice and regular calls from Franca reviewing my sale throughout the whole process from the initial valuation.

Rick was incredible and I would highly recommend working with him again. He responded to all emails and phone calls and worked incredibly hard to sell our properties, especially when another key Heaton Moor estate agent wasn't even willing to try. I think sales progression is outsourced because the service definitely slipped here. Otherwise, the best estate agency in Heaton Moor. Definitely recommend.
