In particular Lisa Aspinall was amazing and without her constant reassurance and pushing the sale forward I don't think we would have got to completion. Her efforts with chasing up the buyers and their buyer were extremely helpful and she was always on hand to answer any queries I had. All in all an excellent service.

They offered me the same service as the other agencies did, rightmove, zoopla, video tour of the house (which looked great on the photos).They set a good asking price and took care of the open days and sold the property very quickly for above the asking price with no issues along the way, they were also more reasonably priced than the other agencies.

After obtaining valuations from all the established local estate agents, it was Mark at the Heaton Moor branch that impressed us the most. He quoted a minimum valuation that he said that he would guarantee a sale at; which was also higher than the competition. True to his word his team completed the sale at £10,000 above the initial asking price. We dealt with at least 4 different members of staff in the office, each of whom was professional, provided excellent communications between ourselves and the buyer: they worked hard and earned their fee. The whole process went smoothly and we have no hesitation in recommending Philip James Kennedy.
