GoogleWe bought a house through Philip James Kennedy and from start to finish Rick, Lisa and the team were excellent. We had a bit of a rocky road but got there in the end with our house purchase (no fault of the estate agents). Philip James Kennedy kept us informed and were always very professional. We would use them again if needed.

GooglePhoned to try and view 2 properties, can't view either as one has to many people viewing and not taking any more! Second can't view as not registered with them, wasn't inclined to register as their attitude and tone absolutely stinks..... I am guessing they don't undertake customer care training... Might help them. I am a genuine house purchaser and in a good buying position but the didn't even get to that, most disappointing. This must be disappointing for sellers to as you are being denied genuine prospective buyers.

GoogleFrom dealing with the sale of my property, to the purchase of my new one, Philip James were a pleasure to deal with. I needed to sell my property quickly, so as not to miss out on my purchase, and Philip James didn't disappoint. I was then updated regularly on the two transactions, which was very important especially towards the end. Lisa in particular went out of her way to make the exchange/completion as painless as possible. Would definitely use Philip James again

GoogleWay ahead of the competition, it really was a pleasure to deal with all the team at Philip James while selling our family home in Heaton Moor, they approached things very positively despite not being an ideal time of year to sell. Took the time to understand what made our property attractive and generated lots of viewings in no time. In a very short time these viewings turned into a very good sale price over what we had expected. You only have to meet them, see the way they present themselves, their promotional material etc to see why they more than earn their fee. Added to this even after a sale was agreed they were always easy to get hold of and assist with speeding the process through to completion, a combination of hard work and expertise.

GoogleWe used PJK to sell our house, we found Mark and his team great. Our house sold super fast and we achieved more than the asking price too. The process was as smooth as it could be from start to finish and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks :) P.s. The mortgage advisor Leanne was also fantastic.
