Despite the fact that they have hazardous mould growing in their flat in the middle of a pandemic that specifically effects people with respiratory issues, Philip James has repeatedly ignored their tenants requests for help, showing blatant disregard for the health of their tenants.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
