As a Landlord, Julian Wadden have been managing our property for over 5 years. I have to say how impressed I am with the service received during this time. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. This is underpinned by efficiency and professionalism.In the last week I have had to contact the Heaton Moor branch with a matter relating to the property. I contacted our Relationship Manager, Hayley and I asked if I could come into the office to discuss things. It was no trouble to arrange and I was able to see Hayley the very next day. Sometimes things are easier to discuss on a face-to-face basis and I was able to discuss things in a really friendly, helpful environment.I have never been less than impressed by the staff and it's good to know that my property is in such good hands.Would highly recommend!

We always use Julian Wadden (Stockport) to help us find new tenants for our letting properties business, The whole team are always highly professional and ensure that the process is seamless from start to finish. Lydia Swann (Lettings Manager) kept us fully informed at every stage from credit checking to the preparation of the tenancy agreement. For good practice we always ask that an inventory check be carried out prior to a new tenant taking up occupancy and this was carried out by Rae Griffin who attended the property accordingly. Cannot recommend them highly enough, they really do offer the whole package and nothing is too much trouble!
